ANNOUNCEMENTS

Feb 23, 2010. Updated Playoff Schedule Posted. Team names have been added to the schedule.

IMPORTANT: Special Notes at Top of Playoff Schedule:

1. Higher Ranked Team Will be the Home Team.
(Example: If Seed #4 wins Game # 1, Team name of Seed #4 will be posted in Game #3 as Winner of Game #1, in Home Team Column. But Home/Visitor designation will be adjusted at game time so that winner of Game #2 (higher seed either 2 or 3), will be Home team.)

2. Games Can and Will Start 20 Minutes Early.

3. Concession Stands will be open

4. Home Team MUST wear White Home Jersey.

Feb 23, 2010. Playoff Seeding.  Standings are not automatically adjusted to factor in tiebreakers. This has to be done manually. We are double checking all tiebreakers and playoff teams seeding will be posted on the playoff schedule sometime today, except for those divisions where we are still waiting for final game results.

Refer to playoff schedule for final rankings for 1-2-3-4. We do not have capability within standings format to reposition teams to reflect team position after accounting for tiebreakers.

Jan 9, 2010.  Playoff Schedule is Posted.  The top 4 teams in each level make the playoffs.  If your team is in the running, please review the schedule now and let your players know the dates.  It is impossible to change the dates, so don't ask!

Nov 23, 2008.  History of the CSHL.  Betty Ann Maulorico, CSHL Treasurer, has been involved with the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League since its inception in 1971.  She spent the last 9 months writing a history of the League.  It is now available for perusal by clicking on the CSHL Member Programs menu button on the left side of this page.  It makes for great reading for those interested in how youth hockey has grown over the past 30 years.  If you have questions or other interesting historical facts or tidbits for Betty Ann, her email is bettyann130@aol.com.  Thanks are owed to Betty Ann for 35 years of service!
