Our Commitment to a Safe and Respectful Environment
The CSHL is deeply committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants. The safety and well-being of our athletes, coaches, officials, and all involved are our highest priorities. To uphold this commitment, we adhere to the guidelines and protocols established by SafeSport, an organization dedicated to ending all forms of abuse in sports.
Our Commitment
We take SafeSport seriously and strive to create an environment where everyone can participate without fear of harassment, abuse, or bullying. Our league mandates SafeSport training for all coaches, staff, and volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to recognize, prevent, and respond to instances of misconduct. We also enforce strict codes of conduct and provide resources to support a safe sporting environment.
